ESC La Liga & NBA
Official LaLiga & NBA Complex in Spain
CAPAVI has invested in T3N, the founding company of ESC LaLiga & NBA. Since its inauguration in June 2022, this space has become one of the internationally renowned complexes for sports and educational training for young athletes from around the world.
Its creation has been a game-changer for this type of properties designed for excellence. It is the first time in history that two leading brands in sports and entertainment worldwide have come together in a hybrid concept combining Coliving, education and sports. It is intended to be the first of several complexes at both national and international levels.

CAPAVI has managed the marketing process of these 39 properties, from inception to key delivery. We add value through the search for the perfect tenant, as well as the coordination of the post-sales service.
