About Us
Curious to know how it all started? CAPAVI PARTNERS was born in London when two of its founders, Juan and Carlos, met while working in the real estate sector. Their entrepreneurial spirit, determination, and passion drove them to create a company that would provide unique value, and the idea began to take shape. When the third partner, Pablo, returned from the United States and visited them in the city, bringing his vision and knowledge, there was no turning back.
The three friends decided to merge their expertise in Fintech, Private Banking, and Strategic Consulting to create a company specialized in the real estate sector with one main focus: the client.
"Through our offices in Madrid and London we provide real estate advisory to a diverse and global community. Our properties are mainly located in the heart of cosmopolitan urban centers
such as London, Madrid, Barcelona or Malaga".

To satisfy this purpose, we count with extensive experience managing projects of various kinds for both corporates and individuals in Spain and the United Kingdom.

CAPAVI has invested in T3N, the founding company of ESC LaLiga & NBA, one of the internationally renowned complexes for sports and educational training for young athletes from around the world. It is a hybrid concept that combines Coliving, education, and sports.
CAPAVI has managed the marketing process of these 39 individual and semi-detached houses in Sanxenxo (Galicia, Spain). We add value through the search for the ideal tenant and the coordination of the post-sales service. La Ermita is an urban complex that brings together the best of design and quality, sited in a unique location in the most touristic area of Galicia, in the north of Spain.
Capavi has prepared private homes for future real estate profitability in sales or rental processes, as well as managed corporate properties in multiple countries.
